There is one time when most (if not all) investors are generally happy. I bet you know this.

It’s when your portfolio goes up in value. It’s when your financial net-worth (your financial scorecard) has gone up. It’s when the portfolio reports are all green and are showing double digit returns.

However, there is a second time when only a few wise (and real) investors are happy.
